( It's not that Urashima is particularly interested in libraries or anything like that but it's a new place and he's a curious spirit so of course he's going to check it out. He's flipping through an old book that was just lying around, eyes glazing at the pages and pages of kanji. It's not that he can't read it but it isn't particularly fun to read.
