Summary: Training sessions for everyone to learn more about their abilities and jobs!



Many people have been wanting to know more about their abilities and what they are required to do here in the Far Shore. So, in conjunction with Bishamonten, the Heavens have seen fit to offer an open training session for everyone to participate in. Here you will be able to learn anything and everything about what you should be able to do and what is expected of you in your new positions.

Bishamon's temple is sweeping and gorgeous, having previously been home to hundreds of shinki. She has graciously offered to hold this training session and will be available to help anyone who needs it.



Equipment

Various kinds of mannequins and dummies have been provided for practice, as well as targets that are either stationary or move, depending on your will. Punching bags, jumping blocks, and a large pool area have also been provided for your use, so that you can find a tool for pretty much anything that you might need to practice. Plenty of practice weapons of various weights, sizes, and shapes are also available upon request from any of the many white-clad shinki that are also attending today.

God Training

Bishamon herself will be the foremost source of information regarding being a god and what is expected of you. It is also encouraged that gods group up together to practice what they've learned and discuss their ideologies. Random groupings can be provided by the mods or you may come up with your own groupings together.

Shinki Training

Various shinki are available to help with shinki training, including Kazuma and all of Bishamon's shinki. Additionally, the white-clad shinki will be more than happy to train you on using the borderline and some of the basics of what is expected of a shinki. It is also encouraged that shinki group up together to practice what they've learned and discuss their ideologies. Random groupings can be provided by the mods or you may come up with your own groupings together.

Refreshments

There is a refreshments table provided. It is covered with light snacks and various kinds of hydrating drinks. There is a little sitting area set up for people to relax in after they have finished their training or if they're even just taking a quick break to cool down. The Heavens want you to stay in good condition!

No they both were cheating and Zangetsu was a nasty cheater.

"Oh, I'm so scared. You're much more entertaining than my usual punching bags." If his opponent tugged on the chain, it wouldn't work: the chain could propogate infintely, and besides Hibari himself tugged at it, shooting a weighted, spiked chain from his other tonfa straight at Zangetsu's forehead.

"Hehehe. You're sassy. You'll make a nice snack."

He tugs, but only enough to realize that the chain is indeed enchanted in some way, and that he wouldn't be able to pull his opponent in close with it. Another swing of his sword, and another block. Zangetsu smiles eerily, and then actually wraps the chain in his hand in a few loose loops around his blade.

"Getsuga Tenshou."

Concussive, searing black and red energy surges through the sword and, with luck, spirals right down the chain at the weapon's wielder.

"Only predators are allowed to bite." Hibari sneered back, his eyes quickly widening when he saw the strange energy run down his handcuff. He quickly severed the connection, turning it back to a normal tonfa, but not before some of it managed to hit his right shoulder, knocking him back towards the ground.

He landed in the dirt, quickly rolling over and trying to get up gracefully so he could at least block the sword at the very least, or rush forward and attack if the oppurtunity was afforded him.

No such opportunity would be given. Zangetsu is already rushing forward, more energy cloaking his blade as he moves faster than the human eye can follow.

"Aaaa? Is that so? I only see one predator around here! Humans should just lie down and let themselves be eaten!"

An onslaught of slashes from the Hollow, ungodly fast and powerful, accompany his taunts.

Somewhat thankfully, Hibari was much faster and resiliant than a normal human being, even if he didn't know how much or why. That being said, his opponent came at him disturbingly fast, and he made a great effort just to block most of the blows. The energy still left cuts on his arms and shoulders, but Hibari ignored them.

"Shut up...I'm still.....strong." After blocking one of the last blows, he jumped backwards to try and avoid the guy enough to throw a large needle sphere at him.
