"Haru..." Makoto called out in a gentle voice to rouse Haruka out of his slumber. He was still in his own pajamas, but his eyes were wide awake. The only indication that he had just awakened was his fluffy bed-hair.
"Do you wanna go to the ocean with me this morning?" he asked, his voice still quiet but cheerful. He had a warm smile that was reminiscent of an early summer morning. He tried to contain his excitement knowing that being too overbearing or chipper would turn Haru off completely to the idea of getting out of bed to do something.
He eagerly awaited a reply.
