[There's only so much Shun can do to lighten the blow here, and his tone is tired enough to lend the words even more weight.] Fighting for high ideals is a nice fantasy for the ones who can afford it, but there are times when all you can hope for at the end is peace, saving who you can and settling the grudges of who you can't. And you can still lose sight of what you're fighting for while you're fighting for it as well.
