Where: In the Far Shore on the way there, and Ise, near the entrance to Yomi-no-kuni

[ She reappears from above, astride Kuraha as always. A quick patrol around the area to scan for wayward humans, ayakashi or any particular possible hiccups was always a good idea after all. The minute she unmounts, Kuraha reverts to his human form and takes a step back from the party. ]

Nothing unusual to report. If we have to go, now would be the best time. Kuraha will stay behind just in case we need anything from the outside world.

[ She's packed light, or at least light compared to what she's usually seen wielding. Just a whip and a dagger today, and a suit of armor with a full skirt. But as always, there's an ever familiar earring right where one would expect it. ]

Just to make things clear... I want us in and out as quickly as possible. Search for any trace of Vector or the other missing gods but don't allow yourself to get caught up in wanting to probe too deeply into Yomi.

"Need I remind you to be extra careful, Viina? I find it rather hard to believe that Izanagi would take it too kindly to loose the same guest twice." Kazuma silently warned, rather glad at the fact that he was currently in his vessel form instead of his normal one. At least it was harder for the others to read just how uncomfortable he felt about being drawn back into hell.

I haven't. [She nods to Hakkai.] As soon as we're ready to go inside, I'll call your vessel name.

[Bishamon's report is reassuring. The fewer complications there are, the better for everyone. Elsa wants to get this done quickly, and now that she's here, she's glad it's more than just her and Hakkai. There is comfort in numbers, in the safety they grant one another. Bishamon and Gintoki are powerful allies to have, and Tsuzuki and Hisoka are their ticket out should something go wrong.]

Of course. We'll do the best we can with respect to our objective, and then we'll leave.

[Hakkai returns her nod, a real smile touching his face briefly. This may turn out to be as reckless as Yukine had feared, but ... it will be good to see. And he will be there to protect her.

Perhaps Izanami will prove more reasonable than they had feared. Probably not. But it's worth a try -- and they might even find that lost god somewhere in the abyss, too.]

[ There's an almost uncharacteristically concerned look as she briefly touches that earring, almost assuring in a way. But a small frown comes to her brow as she pulls her hand away to turn her attention to the rest of the group.

Unhooking her whip from her side, she lets out a breath and makes for the entrance to the cave. She may be the mightiest war god but it takes a certain combination of courage and stupidity to willingly venture into hell. ]

Let's go.

[At Bishamon's prompt, Elsa nods. Hakkai's smile may have beem brief, but it's enough to soothe the edges of Elsa's nerves. He is going into this with her because he wants to go, not because he feels he must do anything she says. Everyone is here by choice, and that's exactly as it should be.]

Gouki.

[The sword materializes in her hand, and she inspects the blade as if to reassure Hakkai that she knows he is not just some thing. Then, satisfied, she follows Bishamon into Yomi.]
