[Celty isn't the only woman standing back from the crowds. Sharak Sanzo is stood a little ways away by a stall, people watching with a serious look on her face. She hasn't bothered dressing up for occasion, instead wearing her usual priestly robes and sutra, with a wolf tail tacked onto the back. Yukata aren't really her style.

Occasionally her eyes drift over to Celty, at first not very obviously. She's just watching the crowd, Celty is part of that crowd. After a while though, the stare becomes more deliberate.]
