There's a way you're supposed to do it at festivals, cuz many stalls try to make it a show or nice to watch it getting put together.

[ Much like how they watched the crepes get put together. The mochi one might not be quite like that, given the nature of the cold treat, but that was better for cooling off without worrying about it melting until after you've bitten into it.

Motioning over at the stall with the mochi, it's led by a shinki wearing some bunny-themed accessories. Because of the whole rabbit pounding mochi thing, ha-ha ]


They've got a lot of flavors. Green tea, vanilla, chocolate, red bean, yuzu...
