[Her build was definitely one of the earlier things Shun picked up on, since it's combatively relevant. Perhaps unsurprisingly given his observation of her, once Chinatsu starts towards him, Shun's bearing changes ever so slightly, a tension like the coil of a spring setting in. It's a readiness he prefers to have when dealing with anyone who decides to approach him closely, unless he knows them well.

Other than that, though, her approach gets no reaction, and he merely looks at her levelly as she gives him the once-over as well. Once she turns her attention to the vulture, he raises a brow slightly, but doesn't seem perturbed otherwise.

While it's obvious from even those first words that she's using this as somewhat of a snipe at him, it's been a long time since something that minor has offended Shun - and quite honestly, he has no problem with someone electing to apologise to his companion birds over him, since he'd just tell them it was a waste of time anyway. So he stands watch as she says her bit, and since it seems like she's aware now that the bird means no harm, Shun turns his head, nods to the vulture and holds out his arm (to the side, rather than towards Chinatsu). The vulture hops off his shoulder again, ruffles its wings a bit, and extends its head towards Chinatsu rather than outright trying to approach this time. It's still a little confused about the hand-waving earlier, but it heard a lot of much calmer human noises, so "approach with caution" seems to it the course to take here.

When Shun speaks again, the note of derision is absent, bringing his tone to merely neutral.]
She knows you're calm now, at least.
