If he didn't know Ren had a much stronger constitution, he almost would've expected his reaction to be more in line with Izuku's.

It's been a good week or so now of dealing with people using the exact same coping mechanisms Shun does and failing to hide them from him, and Ren's not doing any better a job of it.
