Hey, like I said, actually playing is easy! It's just kinda a problem if you've gotta rely on the other guy to know how to score things. I mean, I don't cheat, but you usually play this game with money on the table and other guys aren't gonna be that honest.

[It's probably why anyone uses this for gambling at all. There's really not a whole lot of skill involved, but it does call for a lot of luck and if you don't know what you have in your hand, you can't take advantage of that.]

Anyway, so...animals. Five animal cards is one point and then an extra point for every animal card on top of that, but uh...

[He points at the card with the crane on it.]

That's not an animal card, but...

[He points at the bridge and sake cup cards.]

Those are. I don't get it, either. The sake cup counts as a plain card, too, if you want to use it that way instead. Also...

[He points out the butterfly, boar, and deer cards.]

If you get these three, it's five points. So basically get all the animal cards and that's 10 points.
