[It's barely a flicker, but this is the most emotion Add has felt in days. It's an ugly, miserable feeling that sinks to the pit of his stomach, dragging his thoughts down until all he can focus on is how badly he must have failed to make this happen. He hates it. He wants it to stop.
He tries to stand up, but Sakura places a hand on him before he gets the chance. He feels cold, a small amount of warmth spreading from her touch. There's nothing for her to heal, nothing wrong with him that she can heal, but it does make him feel marginally better. When she fixes his messy bangs and says such kind words there's a twinge of something else in his chest that he can't identify. The sickening feeling doesn't go away completely, but it recedes enough for him to regain his composure. Slowly, he settles back down into his seat.
Still, when she holds her hand out to him he hesitates.]
... I should go back. I don't belong here.
[The more she asks him to pry at his memories, the more confused and uncomfortable he feels. Everything was so much simpler in the void. He didn't have to worry about thinking or feeling... it'd be so much easier to go back to that, even if it means breaking into his own temple.
