[ Rin has heard about people disappearing from time to time. Though it never seems like a matter to take urgently. It just seems like a regular occurrence among the newcomers. Rin assumes that people were returning back home, at least the gods anyway.

As Add explains his intention of opening the portal, Rin feels that part of the mystery has been solved. So he was doing all of this to reunite with his friends? It was quite selfish, but not at all malevolent. Add did get carried away, but maybe that's how badly he wanted to reach them. Perhaps that's why Zelda and Lenneth has joined him on this pursuit, since they were also hoping to return home.
