Let it never be said I shied from a challenge.

[Of course, anyone who said that would be overlooking his efforts to flirt with Zelda in the first place. That had very rapidly proven itself to be quite a challenge indeed. Edge himself can't quite put a finger on what draws him to her so strongly; one could argue that he lacks the memory and self-knowledge to understand, but honestly? Even if he knew everything about himself, he wouldn't get it. He's not THAT self-aware by any means.]

If getting you to actually enjoy yourself is that challenge, then I welcome it with open arms!

[There's something personable about her body language. Even without her head she still leans back at first and then in closer as if she were talking normally. In fact now she's looking around, shoulders shifting in a worried way like she thinks that he's going to get in trouble for this.]

Maybe. I'm still not sure how it's possible for someone like me to die. Magic maybe?

I don't know what home is for me but I heard it's not terribly hard to visit places. I might try going to Ireland at some point. I'm in no rush though. The city on the near shore here is nice.

[And then she scrunches her shoulders and crosses her arms in an exaggerated huff.]

Sounds interesting. Maybe one day I'll get to try it.

[Looking at it, it occurs to her that it sounds like it tastes almost like it looks. Crisp and a little spiky and just a bit shiny.
And Yellow? Can a color be used to describe it? Gold maybe?]

Huh..I see. I could introduce you to Shun if you’d like. I don’t know if he knows anything about Dullahans, but the guys looks like he’s seen all sorts of things so.

[She shrugs, offering her a smile.]

He’s kind of a stick in the mud, just so you know.

Well- [She gestures vaguely with one hand.] What do you like him?

Mm. Then, how about I invite you over? I'm still getting some things set up, but this way you'd know more about the place in case anything happens!

So how've you been doing?

[There's a little urgency in the question. Gojyo hadn't explained his problems with Sharak, but he'd been vehement about his brand-new feelings on the subject of gods... and Celty's still in that temple. If it's not just a personal fight between the two of them, is that even safe for her?]

Of course you want to be safe here.

[The Heavens should be safe. She frowns.]

But I don't see why you'd think the patrols weren't to help any of you. We all live here, don't we?

[Her tone is genuinely unsure now.]

[Amaterasu beams at her, and squeezes her hands before letting go and taking a step back.]

I should go. I can't stay too late! But thank you, Apollo. Please take care!

[She waves, and turns to dart off into the crowd.]

[Her smile is bright. He's very hard-working, to be caring for other gods, even though he isn't one of hers.]

I should be offering my assistance to you, shouldn't I? After all, it's my responsibility to make sure that all of the Heavens are peaceful.

[It's a big, scary job, and it's one that she hasn't done very well at so far, but she'll keep trying.

... And, of course, take breaks. Sometimes.]

[Amaterasu nods, slowly. If she feels like she doesn't need to worry about her head, even if it exists, maybe she's the sort of spirit who keeps her vulnerable point somewhere?

And maybe she's already stashed it away, somewhere.]

I haven't ever had the chance to go very far, or outside of the Heavens, much.

[She looks a little shy as she continues.] So it's exciting to meet new people.

[And new kinds of people, too, like dullahans.]

If you feel like you don't need to worry about it, then I'm sure it'll be all right!

I'm definitely the "younger" one! Though my time was still more than 800 years ago.

[He doesn't exactly look the part, what with the modern stylings of the suit he's chosen to wear for the party and the red streaks in his hair, but that doesn't make it any less true.]

"Saber" really will do if that's what you'd prefer, but my given name is Richard. First of three kings of that name, though none of us can exactly claim a reputation worthy of bragging about.

[Goten grins more at that and wiggles to get out of the half-hug so he can sit up and throw both his arms around her side. Why settle for a half hug when he's more then willing to give full hugs?]

I donno about that but if it means you'll hang out more with me and come by the bar and stuff then sure!

[Though the name doesn't ring any bells, he blinks slowly]

[His reaction was certainly amusing, but she preferred it when they were fired up. She drops her hand onto his, tilting her chin up and gesturing towards the floor.]

[As they whirl, her back curves, tilting her back slightly. Her hand presses against his shoulder a bit more for support. She speaks once she's back up, her foot gliding across the floor to connect with the other.]

There's Fubuki-san, Reisi-san, and Kotori-san. Do you know any of them?
