[Shun's expression darkens a little - he's never actually heard of any shinki thinking over regained memories so deeply that they trigger a transformation, but Fubuki brings it up consistently enough he seems to consider it a real concern.]

That's not the kind of thing I can answer any time but when it's happening. A reaction to something dangerous changes based on the situation.

[He figures he might as well answer in terms of the worst case scenario here, since it seems to be what Fubuki's driving at from the sudden swing in the mood.]

[Shun supposes that's general enough, though there are a few reasons he can't really disclose in full, so he considers the question for a few moments before actually answering.]

We do, but whatever information comes out of the patrols and other searches never makes it back to us. It makes people feel like they're ultimately not trusted, and that the older gods and shinki still don't care all that much about what happens to us, because we're never informed on what's actually going on. Even if we ask, a lot of the older shinki are reluctant to talk to us.

"Comfortable" isn't a good word to use, probably. But what would be a correct one, he can't guess. I think I've seen Fubuki and Reisi around every once in a while. I don't know a Kotori, though. I did see a Hiyoko!

Reisi seems like a serious kind of guy.

But wouldn't it be painful if I step on their feet more than once? I wouldn't want to dance with a person if that kept happening.

[In her opinion, Natsuru and the others had a more well-rounded performance. Chinatsu could only do one thing, but the others did way more. Honestly, their performances had her respecting them a lot more.

Leading them to the dance floor, Chinatsu guides Natsuru closer to her. Sure there was a height difference, but they'd make it work. She places her hand firmly right beneath her shoulder blade. There's something comfortable about having Natsuru in her arms, a sense of familiarity. Any smug confidence she tried to show earlier morphed into assurance; assurance that she wouldn't let anything bad happen to Natsuru and that things would be alright.]
