Daring huh? Isn't it essentially the same meaning?

[ He raised a brow at her as she seemed to think that changing up the wording would do her any favors. How did he end up with this? Despite, all of this, he's humoring her mostly as he glides along with her. He may seem lethargic and lazy at times, but it wasn't like he was completely unrefined. He just wished he knew how or why he was able to do what he did? Seeing, that his body remembered every movement so elegantly. ]

I'm capable of many things. How I choose to show them is of my own choice. Just because you do not see it doesn't mean I am not able.

[ She's still nosy as ever. Talk about not changing since then. He's pretty sure she would like that, but Ichiru chose to be the way he was for his own reasons. She'd have to work towards having him show that side of him. ]

[And he's still ridiculously closed of. Surely hobbies didn't have to be so secretive. Unless, you know, they were sketchy.]

[ That's what he's used to doing. No matter the time, age or the afterlife. Ichiru had chosen to close himself off from people and it was going to take more than her brash personality to change it. Who knew really what Ichiru's hobbies were and if they were shady. ]
