[ The vulnerability in Grell's words is something he's not used to hearing. She's always so strong and confident; completely comfortable with who she is. But this is almost a view into what she was like when she was alive. And with all she's done recently to help him feel comfortable with his own past, he wants to return the sentiment.

[ It's one thing to pin her down and force her to do what he wishes, and entirely different giving her the ability to rebel but choosing to listen and obey. If she complies, he'll show her just how eager he is to stay with her, here in this moment. ]
