He made a swipe for the cat but the sudden motion startled said feline and it scrambled away from his hand in quick (and painfully sharp) movements. The unexpected pinpricks of pain caused Piccolo to misjudge any attempt at adjusting his aim and the cat got away. Of course, it was still on him and it was only a matter of seconds before the shinki tried again.
In the meantime, he responded to Mordred between clenched teeth.]
Shinki. I doubt you'll see to many of my kind around here.
