I don't know much about what he's done when I haven't been observing, but it would probably be useful to have more people looking out for that. [Ain doesn't typically seem malicious to him, but that doesn't change the fact that there's a certain lack of understanding there. If it can be corrected just by guidance, it would be a lot better for all of them.
