Ken is on his feet in a moment, teeth bared, though to his credit he doesn't lunge at Gojyo. He's angry, too angry to stay seated, but he's not moving to attack - which is a testament to the restraint he's making an effort to display for Hakkai.

"At least we respect the people who try to help us, byon!" he snaps. "Hakkai-sama cares about you, he's helping you, and all you do is cause trouble for him and everybody around him! We can call him whatever the hell we want, and we want to call him Hakkai-sama! He never asked us to! He's not making us! He'd probably let us treat him like you do, but we're not assholes to people who are good to us like you are!"
