[Open] Sit Down and Rest

Who: Aymeric. Glitinir residents, and visitors
When: November 18th-30th
Where: Glitnir Temple unless stated otherwise
What: What happens when you have a god who doesn't know what rest is and everyone else is trying to get him to sit down for five minutes and he is bored out of his skull? Well, you get this. He needs company to distract him.

[When you are used to being active, it is very hard to sit still and do nothing. It is extremely hard for someone who has always been working in one way shape or form to stop for any reason, believing they would only rest if they dropped dead from exhaustion. And then you have Aymeric de Borel: some say he's got a strong work ethtic while others want to just slam him into bed and make him sleep normal hours. He has always been the type to burn the midnight oil and quite possibly the fumes as long as he got the work done. It has slowed down from the extreme measures taken back in Ishgard because there was not the pressures of being a ruler on his shoulders. But then the incident with the forest and cultists happened and everything decided to hit the fan. Aymeric was one of those captured and it had left him drained and like many, injured to point where he had passed out immediately upon seeing the Far Shore. Between Tree Senpai going a bit love stabby when it held him and the man refusing to rest and going after other hostages and helping to destroy one of the sigils, it should be easy for him to be able to recooperate and recover from his ordeal.

Yeah, that is total bullshit.

It was only six hours after arriving back that Aymeric had woken up and went back to work to catch up on late business between the followers and the Welcome Center planning and Goten's health and everyone else's own well being that he did not think of his own. This wasn't the first time he had gotten injured and he was not going to let a little pain dictate how to continue on. The only problem was that it was not a little but a significant amount. Even when his body was screaming at him to stop at the sigil, Aymeric refused to do so and now it's catching up to him. It was hard for Sukomi to convince him to stay in bed and to a point, even Leo could not get him to stay still for long. At least, not until they discussed about it and why Aymeric could not simply rest like most normal folks. He truly did not want to make anyone upset because of his actions when he had thought they were to help others rather than hinder or harm. And seeing those who care about him cry, hurt more than the fresh stab wound.

He will try to rest...but it will be hard. And he has been refused any kind of work relating to god business or Welcome Center planning nor being allowed his laptop and phone. Strictly bedrest only which made Aymeric extremely bored. Any kind of company where he could be distracted from his thoughts and physical pain would be very appreciated...and he will try not to sneak out very much. Unless it is an emergency in which he can't promise anything.]
