What: Fun times with laser tag, the arcade, food, and onsen at the end! A mingle log for people to just have fun after everything that's happened. Feel free to make your own top levels and just interact with people. Might be a good way to meet some new CR too!

Round 2



Welcome to Round 2! The place to go when one wishes to forget responsibilities, stuff their faces, and legally shoot people! From laser tag to virtual reality to classic arcade games. A place for fun for those with physical prowess to those who prefer to hide behind the safety of their screens. Let your inner kid loose in this mostly judgement free zone. Mostly, because children cant be pretty brutal.

Laser Tag


Whether it be 2 players against each other or full on teams, put on your vests and charge up your guns! Players will be lead into a chamber where they can find their equipment and choose which color to swear allegiance to. Will you choose the pink, blue, purple, green, or white team?



All teams have the same equipment: a vest, a gun attached to it, and an armband. Your armband will display your warrior name, as well as the number of points you’ve accumulated. It will also flash the handle of anyone who has successfully taken a shot at you, in case you want to hunt them down after the game for revenge. Flashing targets are located on a player’s back, shoulders, and chest. The chest will get you 10 points as it is the smallest target. The shoulders will give you 5, and the back will get you 3, because that’s just sneaky. Get to your opponent’s base and aim for for the marker. If you manage to keep it in your team’s color by the end of the game, you win!

After listening to the game rules, the doors will slide open to a pitch black room, glow in the dark spray paint covering the maze of walls inside. A fog machine lets out a continuous stream of smoke, in case your vision wasn’t hampered enough. Watch your step! There are slopes and steps, that can lead you to higher ground or a place to hide. The walls have openings to provide cover and a prime position to attack. When you exit, you can see the rankings on the tv screen to see who earned the most points for bragging rights. 

Please refrain from physically attacking people with either yourself or your gun. Other than that, take down your opponent however you can. Most importantly, have fun!

Arcade Games



For those that don’t want to get too sweaty or would like something less stressful, check out the arcade! They’ve got kid friendly games like wacman and super bario, and games for the older crowd like Tennant Evil. Try to win some cute but strangely designed stuffed toys in the crane machine or take some purikura. Collect as many tickets as you can and claim a prize from the booth. Please be courteous of other guests and keep in mind that their are children around. So please, watch your language. Or else :)

Food

Seems even the restaurants are into games. Up for a challenge? Can you eat a giant plate of barbecued meat? A 12 inch deep dish pizza? A bowl or ramen that can fit five regular bowls in it? Take on each restaurant's heaviest meal and score some free food! Maybe you’ll even get your face on the wall of fame. Don’t worry, they have regular sized meals too. They’ve got ice cream and crepes for dessert, as well as some very instagram worthy bubble tea drinks.

Onsen

On a more relaxing note, slip into the warm, healing waters of the onsen. Robes, towels, all your bathing needs will be provided. There is a divider between the male and female sections, but you can still hold a conversation with the other side if you speak loud enough. Chat with your friends or even strangers. What better way to get to know someone than by washing their back?

An area is available to have footbaths regardless of gender, as well as common room with massage chairs to sit back and relax in. Have some tea or milk while you're at it!

[Ginia Bearcleaver is stalking around a corner when Caster Dazzling Swordfish leaps out at her. No mercy for anyone that's not on the purple team! She shoots as she leaps away, tapping into a shinki's lightness to go further than a normal human would in a normal jump.]

[ Jumpscares as a strategy is becoming less and less viable. Maybe some early success skewed the perception, or maybe, people are figuring it out. Because he gets hit, instead of scoring a hit, but he doesn't stop moving until he's behind the corner, safely hiding behind the wall ]

Owww...that was... a definitive strike. [ He's suffering and dying. Truly, only not really ] At least let me see your face before I go.

[Sorry, Caster, Ginia is already gone. And by gone, she's actually perched on top of the wall. She grins and grabs the edge of the wall, waiting for him to get close enough to lean down and kiss the top of his head.

Boom, headshot.]

[ Yeah, there's no answer as far as he hears. He peeks around the wall to get a better view and- gets a kiss/headshot ]

You little-!

[ He jumps away, aiming the gun at her, and then- dropping it ]

Can't do, killing beautiful women doesn't sit well with me!

[ So dramatic ]

[Unfortunately for Caster, Ginia has no issues against shooting handsome men, even ones that are her god. All is far in love and war. She swings her gun up and shoots him in the chest.

[ You know, by not playing seriously he is an active hindrance to his team, but who cares if they are having so much fun ]

I'll haunt you as a ghost!

[ He promises then dramatically falls on the floor, and stays still... ]

[Ginia leaps across to another wall and crouches on it as she pulls out her cellphone. Sure, she could shoot him again - the lights on his vest flicker back on - but where's the fun in easy points?]

Does that mean you're going to follow me around for the rest of my life?

[So the game is on. Three shots from a higher ground - both of Ginia's shoulders and then chest. Her bracelet flashes with a name: Grizzly Angel. More points for blue team, or getting back what Caster just lost.

Snipers gotta snipe, right?]

[ That came out of nowhere, but now Ginia is out of commission too for few moments ]

Looks like we'll be making two pretty ghosts.

[ Caster, unlike a dead corpse that he was pretending to be, rolls around and disappears behind the wall ]

[Oops, that's what she gets for letting her guard down. Lo, she's dead, doomed to haunt Round 2's laser tag arena for all eternity. WooO~ WoooOOOooOo~

Ginia drops back to hide behind the wall, marking out Archer's relative position based on his shot. She shoots someone passing by as she breaks for his estimated location, leaping off a wall to get to higher ground and mentally calculating their distance because all she needs to be is in range...]

Kyūki, BIND!

[Ginia slings her gun under her arm as she signs her spell, focusing all her competitive energy and aggression on her exemplar.

[Archer moves away immediately after taking out Ginia, knowing he's a prey now. What he doesn't expect is a spell - suddenly he's unable to move even a muscle no matter how hard he struggles.

Damn, that's a competitive streak that even outmatches Caster. Note to self - never ever give Ginia a reason to go mad.

And he's out for now.]

[ The deadman walking moves close, and- what's that. Why is Archer suddenly immobilized? Did she-- ]

Guys, you sure that's in the rules?

[ He's not saying stop, tho. Just making sure they're all on the same page ]

[Ginia lands on the higher level, catching someone else by surprise. She pulls up her gun and shoots their shoulder and back as they flee. Snapping back to Archer, she freezes as she realizes how well the spell worked. Huh. Huh! There's a small pang of guilt and a light sting on Caster's end, but Ginia shoots his chest and shoulders hopping up onto the retaining wall and dropping the spell.]

Sorry. No more spells, promise.

[Once Archer is free of the spell he checks his muscles and sends Ginia a smirk.]

Nice work. All's fair in love and war, right? [he jokes. That was way too effective, and he's trying to lighten the mood.] Say, can you use it on Caster in bedroom?

[ The lightening the mood might work, tho maybe not as expected. Because there is a laser gun flying aimed to bounce right off Archer's head. Take that ]

Don't apologize, if it's not against the rules, that means it's allowed!

[ Bind that idiot, plz ]

[Throwing the gun, hmm, that might be against the rules. And attacking your own teammate and exemplar too. For shame.

Ginia turns large doe eyes that fool no one onto Archer as she takes out her phone.]

Are you, as exemplar, giving your fellow shinki permission to bind our god in the bedroom?

[Archer does catch the gun. Caster plz. Well, at least it's not anything worse.]

That can even out our chances, since Caster has runes. [he points out with a hint of amusement.]

And now has no gun. [ Caster deadpans. Damn your reflexes, Archer ]

Well, you can try and come at me, but don't expect to find me unprepared. [ Do shinki spells even work on gods? A mystery ]

[Do shinki spells work on gods? Come at me he says? One way to find out. Ginia pops up a borderline in front of Archer as a deterrent if he tries to shoot her before turning onto Caster. It's harder to channel a sense of superiority against your own god, but she tries anyway.]

Cu Chulainn, bind!

[Ginia you promised not to use spells minutes ago.]

[Archer is ready to throw the gun back at Caster when suddenly a borderline pops up right in front of him. He does notice what Ginia is saying and, well, it won't hurt to try.]

Did it work? [if shinki spells can be used against gods it evens the chances slightly.]

Hey-!

[ Caster pretends to be locked in place. He doesn't feel any real restriction to the movement, does it mean shinki spells doesn't work on gods? Or that they won't work when god is expecting them? Or is it just "magic resistance" at work? Anyway, it would be in best fun to pretend ]

What the-- let me go!

[What? Ginia blinks at Caster, firing off a shot at his chest for the points. She turns to Archer, dropping the borderline as she sits back, bewildered by the situation. Can shinki spells really work on gods too?]

[It looks like the spell works, but Archer wants to make sure. Once Ginia drops the borderline he moves in an instant--

to pinch Caster's ass.

And get high above afterwards, just in case. Responsible adults those two are. Not.]

[ Those three, if you think Caster is somehow a responsible adult next to his two shinki you are gravely mistaken. He takes the shot, loses the points for their team, that's okay- but the sudden touch coming out of nowhere, makes his arm swing in an instant ]

You--!

[ Of course it's Archer, who else it would be? ]

[SIGH. Nope. The spell didn't work. Ginia should have known; it didn't feel like the spell was holding, but she's still trying to figure magic out. It's a slight disappointment, but knowledge is knowledge! As Caster moves, Ginia springs out of the way and takes shelter behind a wall, searching for Archer's position.]
