He'd not come in expecting to see anyone else - in fact, he'd been hoping he wouldn't see any more familiar faces, unsettled by their sudden and supposed godhood himself - but the moment he spots hair like his own, his heart sinks into the pit of his stomach.
If Alisaie is here, where all of the gods had come for briefing, it at least means that she isn't a shinki. It at least means that she isn't dead. But if they are naught but primals, is it really that much of a boon?
