I didn't say that. I mean I'm sure they can? I mean maybe? I didn't think to ask when I was a Shinki and I got Marinette as my goddess almost immediately after we both decided on it so I never had to worry about it. But honestly it's safer to go with a god... But yes you can use my Shrine or the shrine of another god as long as you have permission from them or their Shinki.
