Upset? No, I wouldn't say I was upset.
[ Ryoma doesn't have emotional upsets, who told you about that ridiculous notion, he'll fight them. ]
I find meditation to be... soothing. I actually start my day by meditating; it helps me focus and keep my mind on my tasks at hand afterwards.
