He's... the real deal, isn't he? Really impressive. That's when his attention returns to her and she realizes he's asking her a question.
"Thanks--- Oh yeah! Are you sure...?" She's the one to have suggested they go out, so she feels bad if he picks up her tab, too. But, well--she's happy to cover the tab next time. Afterall, that means they'll get to hang out again.
"I wasn't thinking anything much. Somewhere we can get a sandwich and drink. A cafe or burger joint, where it's cool to talk."
