Looks could be deceiving, and like most living beings Vector only had a limited amount of control over how his body looked. His was nowhere near the colorful and often fancy designs some other Barian's sported, but he didn't feel like his monochromatic looks were anything to feel bad for either as he calmly returned the look the other gave him.

(Not that anybody wearing a dog collar out of their free volition had the right to say anything about the looks of others.)
