Sharpness isn't what I'm concerned with. But I'm used to a certain degree of professionalism.

I need them to go there and do that if I tell them to go such a thing. No questions asked or arguing if it's not directly related to the case at hands. I'm in no place to cuddle them or be a surrogate parent, either. [Which... will be trouble, won't it?]
