[Nephenee's been pretty scarce recently, feeling more comfortable around her shinki and close friends than going out too much, or in the Near Shore watching out for people...and when she got the notice that she had been signed up (against her will, no less!) for blind dates, she did give a thought to just not going.
But...that would be incredibly rude, the part of her that was Radegast for a time reminds her, and her shinki also reminded her that she needed to get out more.
She was going to have to talk to Minako about this, at some point...
Knowing Chinatsu's a girl, but not who this person is beyond their name, just that it's a brunch date, she wears a cute casual dress and scarf, her leather bag slung over her shoulder, just in case. No need to insult someone by not looking nice, after all. Sadly, no hat, as one of her shinki - and she knew who, she was certain - had hid anything that might cover her face. Who was the goddess in that temple, again?
Nevertheless, she comes in to the restuarant, brushing off the snow, and looks around to anyone that looks more like they're from the Far Shore than the Near. It doesn't take long to spot one of those, sitting by himself, and...oh, horsefeathers. He's cute. She can't help but stare for a moment, before he notices, and her cheeks heat up. Darn it, she'd been staring. But him flashing the invitation seems to give her the impression he might be her date...
Suddenly, she's feeling really timid. Deep breath, a smile as she walks over...]
M-maybe? A-are ya...[A moment to try to say the name...how she thinks is correct?] Zhao Yunlan? [She's close enough on how she says it, but it's clear she doesn't know that language well, and she's also got a rather thick country accent that makes it sound different. It's a warm voice, though, and sweet.] I-if so, then yeah. A-Ah'm Nephenee...
[Why did her first date have to be cute, that makes it so much harder to not stutter!]
