[Zelda is watching the goings-on of training from the sidelines, a focused sharpness to her eyes when Ebisu approaches. She blinks, mildly surprised when the boy addresses her, but his question mirrors more that a few of her own.]
I had wondered the same, but asking the one left behind about it only seemed to annoy him. He said if we found out, we should tell him, as he obviously has not been informed as to what is keeping everyone so busy.

I would imagine they must be working on something of great importance if so few men can be spared to greet the newcomers...
