Her observations have been proven right, thanks to Bandou's feet being off the floor, and Sheryl brings up a hand to massage her temples at the sight before her. Unknowingly, and without meaning to, he has her work cut out for her.

"Of course you were!" She points out, a quiet but exasperated sigh slipping out of her lips as she folds her arms. "Lifting your feet during sit-ups is considered cheating, and you won't get proper core strength that way."

To which Sheryl makes an observation: Bandou is that much out of shape if he can only do eight sit-ups. He may be a friend of hers, but she can't let herself go easy on him.
