Oh, having a solution is quite different from addressing it! In fact, acknowledging that you do not know enough is an excellent way to address something -- much better than refusing to admit that and plunging off on some ill-conceived adventure that has no real hope of fixing things.
[Celestia, of course, takes the long view. The long and comforting view, for that matter, since the poor mare seems to need some reassurance at the moment. So far she seems to have a good grasp on things and the sense not to try to just Make It All Better, and those are good traits to have.]
