[It's not as if Iskandar is the first test subject anyway. Inanimate objects to hone the theory, herself to check the safety, then others to further improve the proof of concept. There's a method to all of this! If she was uncertain in herself or the spell, she wouldn't put anyone else at risk.
Ginia takes his hand and gently turns his arm to turn the cut upright. She braces his hand and unwraps the bandage a little to better see how wide the cut is. Her fingers drop into the halberd position for borderlines and she holds focus in her mind as she traces her finger around the cut. A glowing line is left in the wake of her fingers, uninterrupted as she carefully circles the cut and connects it. ]
Line!
[Her free hand signs as her borderline hand flicks away. The circled space fills with a borderline, a warm glow of light and gentle feeling surrounding the cut. Ginia holds the borderline as she channels her energy into it, willing the cut to heal. She's a limit she's found in how much the spell can heal. Whether it's a matter of the spell's limitation or her need for practice, she's uncertain, but she can feel the subtle point where it's no longer healing, but maintaining.
Releasing the spell, the glow disappears, a thin light cut left behind. Ginia's mouth twists a little in disappointment as her hands pull away. Oh well. Practice is practice!]
