Surely the other shinki in Ebisu's temple wouldn't lie to Ginia, would they? Old shinki were some of the most honorable towards their gods that Kairi had ever met. ]

We've never heard about that before, though. You would think that the old gods might have mentioned how strange it was that new shinki didn't keep their names, wouldn't you? And... and the way Fuujin is kinder to all of us, compared to the new gods... I can't imagine many of the new shinki here have remained with their original god after all of this time...
