If the loss of memory is a way for shinki to not envy the living and to find freedom in a second chance, it works for her. But it's still a curse when she can look at the skills she has and the ones she doesn't and do nothing but wonder. It's a slow form of madness for the analytical, a deeper hell when she can't talk about it with those closest to her because they're different kinds of shinki.
