Da Qing is very used to his god changing costume at whim. Getting rid of the arm guards was good though and Da Qing frowned at the line of blight. He really did need some way to protect his god when he was using his weapon form. Yunlan had suggested leather gloves, though they would not block blight completely they would help. Maybe Da Qing should find some gloves for him.
