"Well, sort of." Pausing, he taps a marker along his chin. Hopefully he's explaining this right. He only has vague 'knowledge' of how things should be, but no experiences or memories that he can call upon.

"It's more that they start to learn more complicated things as you go up. For example, in elementary school, you would learn how to add and subtract numbers. However, high school would have you learning more complicated math, like... how to do a percentage of a thing." Does Romeo even know what that is? Garry waggles his marker in the air. "For example, 50% meaning half of something. Well, I don't want to make it too detailed of an explanation."

Going back to drawing properly, he chuckles. "College, or other schools like that, are for adults who want to learn complicated things so that they can get difficult jobs. For example, making the phones we use."
