Heat, as in light too? That definitely would produce results, as you'd be not only accelerating the growth cycles, but providing every necessity required to support said growth.

Healthier for the tree as well, as well. ... adjusting the flow of time would work too, but would put considerable stress on it. Which wouldn't be great if you wanted more peaches.
