What: Nanako is hosting a Magical Girl Anime Night and Sleepover! Everyone is invited!

A. We're on the case!

[ Every since Nanako's conversation with Hibiki a few weeks before, she'd been on a mission to locate the entire series of Magical Detective Loveline to have a showing at her temple for friends who had never seen it before. Which is, in her opinion, a Great Tragedy. But finding out that several of her other friends also liked watching similar things, she has since decided to make an entire Event of it.

Temple Nanshe is decorated in a possibly absurd amount of Pink and pastel rainbows for this anime night/sleepover. One of the rooms has been prepared with giant cushions and pillows and blankets for people to sprawl and be able to watch the anime on the large TV set against one of the walls. There's plenty of room for everyone to get comfortable however they like.

The dining room table is laid out with a variety of brightly colored foods including cupcakes cookies and candies, as well as an ice-cream bar with all sorts of colorful toppings. Nanako might have taken this whole Magical Girl theme a little too far, but she's clearly had fun preparing everything for her friends so they could enjoy themselves and tonight's Magical Adventure.

Either way, the Temple is opened up and decked out and ready to host all of Nanako's friends - even the ones she might not have made yet. In honor of the occasion, the hosting goddess herself is dressed up in her very own Magical Detective Loveline cosplay, which people who have known her for a while may have seen her dressed in before.

Show up, mingle, munch, and make yourselves comfy! ]

B. Stop or I'll put a cap in ya!

[ Anyone who has known Nanako for any amount of time has probably heard that Magical Detective Loveline is her absolute favorite person and she takes her fangirling of said Magical Detective very seriously. Which is why she's hosting tonight's party, after learning that several of her friends have never been lucky enough to experience such prime entertainment.

The series itself is about a pink-haired girl who transforms into a magical detective to solve crimes and mysteries in a Sherlock Holmes fashion along with her dapper dog sidekick, who wears a monocle, top hat and cape.

If you weren't expecting the resulting magical shenanigans and ridiculous mysteries that accompany such a premise, you are clearly in need of more magical girl animes in your life. Either way, Nanako hopes you enjoy watching the adventures of her favorite hero with her! ]

C. Sweet Dreams!

[ Knowing the anime viewing could run late into the night, Nanako's temple has been prepared for an all-night sleepover for those who just want to crash after the anime ends. There are bedrolls and futons available to be laid out in the large open living area where they'd all gathered to watch the anime, but there are also several guest bedrooms available, as Nanako's temple is set up like a Japanese B&B. There are hot springs outside should you like to soak and relax before sleeping. Feel free to seek out Nanako or one of her shinki if you need a little help in where to get settled.

[Chikusa has only very recently become a permanent resident of Nanako's temple because of the simple fact that the temple besides hers has suddenly vanished. He's been understandably out of it, Tamaki might have noticed, along with the blond teenager who's his partner. So it's maybe... not completely surprising that Chikusa had been so out of it as to miss the fact that literally any of this was schedule to happen tonight.]

[It doesn't explain why he's in a sloth kigumi, but at least it explains why he seems so distantly confused as he just blankly accepts whatever foodstuff Tamaki hands him. After a second of staring at the mystery that is some rainbow... grain... brownie?, he blinks up at Tamaki.]

...Why is it all pink...

[Chikusa is very distantly familiar with Loveline, since Nanako cosplayed as her once some months ago. However, he's never... actually watched the anime. He has no idea how pink a magical girl anime can get.]

[Ah, good. Tamaki had been hoping that he'd have a chance to possibly talk with the temple's newest(?) residents sometime soon. He'd managed to hold off on any impulses to bother the two of them knowing what they were busy mourning over, but with Chikusa coming out to see what's going on, then surely he can't be the one being a potential pest.

Sweets, he thinks, are a very good ice-breaker for this particular situation. A sugary snack is an excellent pick-me-up when you aren't feeling well, so even if Tamaki wasn't already handing out unsolicited treat opinions, Chikusa probably would have ended up with the brownie in his hands eventually.]

Nana-chan wanted to decorate everything for tonight.

[It's as easy as that! That is, anyway, assuming Chikusa knows exactly what's going on for the night in the first place.]

[Nicknames are a regular thing. Chikusa even has one, courtesy of Ken, that he'll probably never be able to get rid of, because somehow Ken learned about cutesy Japanese nicknames and also monsters. It's just that, despite her being a little girl who arguably deserves a nickname more than him... He's never actually heard her have one before.]

[Chikusa absorbs this by slowly taking a bite of a brownie that's been shoved into his hand.]

...She can't reach high.

[Don't worry, Chikusa, you are sure to get plenty of exposure to them and at least one more nickname for yourself if you hang around Tamaki long enough. He may even have one in mind, one that will be unleashed without warning. Who knows...!]

No, but I can. [He is... Quite Tall.] So I helped her.

[Nicknames are bad enough. Nicknames without warning are the worst. So says the teenager whose own boyfriend has called him the same ridiculous nickname for over a year now. Clearly he'll be the most unprepared.]

[Almost as unprepared as he is for this conversation, gaze drifting away a little bit. Right now he's still in his usual atrocious slouch, but, well... He's actually fairly tall.]

...When did this start getting planned?
