A lesson
Who: Romeo, Elfnein and Zetta
When: June 20th
Where: Zetta's temple
What: Elfnein and Romeo have a plan to help Zetta learn about friendship and teamwork. Time to implement step one.
It's been almost two weeks since Romeo first thought of the plan and spoke to Elfnein about it. But they have waited, to make sure they knew exactly what they wanted to say and how to go about it. Zetta was a very grumpy book and if they did this wrong he might not want to talk to them at all and then they wouldn't be able to teach him good teamwork and friendship!
Romeo was nervous but Elfnein was with him so it was all going to be alright! In his hands he had a box, a present for Zetta that would hopefully help him not be so grumpy! At least long enough for them to talk to him.
He smiled at Elfnein, it would be alright. They would keep their spirits up! Romeo reached up and knocked on the door of Zetta's temple.

Producing a sheet of paper from its pouch, the Prinny scanned it for a moment, then saluted. "You're cleared to enter! Right this way!"
Turning, the Prinny led them into the castle-temple.

Getting past the door is always a good sign.

"The heck are you kids doing here?"

This was the first time Elfnein had stepped foot in Zetta's temple, so it was a bit surprising to see how normal looking it was.

He opens the box and hands it over, inside are lots of square cookies with words piped on them like Zetta! and most baddest overlord and best book.
no subject
....wait.
The book looked up at them, a faint frown on his face. "Okay, why are you two trying to butter me up like this?"

It was also kinda her idea to bring something so they wouldn't walk in empty handed, it was important to bring something while visiting someone else's home.

But it wasn't just to say hello that they were here...
"Um... Um. I was thinking about what you said sir."

Not video games, but serious business

Romeo glanced back at Elfnein once before punching the air and putting a brave face on. This was a very scary thing to do but he knows that Elfnein is right next to him, she wants to help Zetta too and she will support him all the way because she's his god and that's what gods do. It's what leaders do.
It's what friends do.
That's what they want to teach Zetta.
"So we were thinking... If you named me and I became your shinki we could all learn together."
no subject
Really.
Zetta looked at the two for a long, silent moment, thoughts inscrutable..
"Prinnies," he finally said, "explode when you throw them. Did you two know that?"
no subject
Elfnein's bracing a little bit in case Zetta decides to throw prinnies at them now that there's a threat of bombs.

But he nodded at Elfnein's words. He was serious, he wants to work with Zetta and help him learn about teamwork.

Zetta turned slightly, facing Romeo directly. For once, he looked entirely serious.
"Pick up that Prinny --" he meant the one who had brought the kids in, and now was hanging around looking particularly nervous considering what direction the conversation had taken -- "and pitch it."
