That would be the easiest way to infiltrate. The problem with children was they could often see them, unlike the adults around them. But if a child made a big enough fuss they would be spotted by the adults as well. Or more Iskander would be spotted, Nesir was currently a sword in his hand.

This whole place is strange and confusion. People stood in lines for very long times to... be flung around by metal boxes? Or dangled upside down. Or shaken up and down at fast speeds. Or other such things that seemed to be almost weird ways of torturing people but apparently were fun.

But they had a job to do and that job was saving these children from birds that their caregivers could not see.
