revolutionfalcon: (stopping to think for once)

[Kaneki is right about that, because he gets a mild glare from Shun for even having the misfortune to be present to see it before Shun draws back and holds the cat further away from him. Given the fact that he needs to write now, though, he glances around for a moment before simply depositing the cat on the counter, where it immediately starts swiping its paw at the pen. Sliding the paper a bit further away from it, Shun bends down slightly to start filling things in.

His handwriting isn't quite messy, but it's unpracticed, as if a neater style has decayed from long disuse. There are a couple of kanji he has to hesitate briefly on, whether reading or writing, but he gets them quickly enough that it just seems to be another case of not having seen them for a long while, or had to use them. On the sections where he has to misinform or outright lie, though, he doesn't pause at all, the information going down smoothly before he puts the pen down again and turns the papers back toward Kaneki.]

There. I almost forgot how boring this sort of thing is. [One thing he certainly didn't miss about civilian society.]
