I found some books you might like, so I left them on the table by the front door. [He can look at those shortly. He managed to find one book in both Japanese and English, so hopefully just having one of each copy would be a help, and there was another book that was a little less difficult in word choice in Japanese, from what he heard. So. Just some things to help, hopefully, when worksheets have failed.

It's something like a short hair stick or a comb, simple and wooden along the base and ending with a very decorative assortment of greens and blues at the end. A crescent moon surrounded by a few stars, and dangling chains that make it look even more elegant, like they're flying.
