He saw those shoulders slump and merely kept his face pointed right at Rin, waiting to see if he’d actually make the noise for him. It was like seeing Rin’s thoughts scrolling across his face though. ‘Ow! Quit it, Rin!’ And jerked his head back at the third time, teeth baring in a scowl. His ears were sensitive, asshole! That ear flicking definitely didn’t support Rin’s earlier comment about liking dogs, now did it. Che, Rin liking dogs being the reason Sousuke’s shinki vessel was a dog. What were the chances of that? ‘I’m glad you don’t like girls then.’ Sousuke said that before he even thought about the insinuations of it, but the second he did, he swore his entire face glowed hot under his fur and he quickly turned his head to the side as if something got his attention, regardless of whether Rin could see his face or not.
