I've seen her on the network. Or someone using her account, at least. She's said that the souls that disappear may return to the places where they're meant to be.

[Which isn't, of course, much of a comfort in the case of two gods who are dead and may possibly have already been reincarnated. Hakkai's still not sure what to think of that.]
