S-super computer? No, I just have a bunch of notes. Um... not that most of them are here, or anything.

I see. And you don't want to do anything with your notes?

Not with the ones about heroes- at least not here.

The notes about what happens in the Heavens are more useful than pros who don't seem to exist in this Japan.

What makes someone a Pro-Hero?

[Quirk means superpower, but he sometimes forgets to explain this.]

They need to be enrolled in a hero class, once they've done all of the tests and obtained the licenses, they're officially a pro.

You have to go to school to be considered a pro?

[There was always some kind of catch, wasn't there?]

Yeah...? If they're not trained and properly licensed they could do more damage than help. There are some really dangerous quirks out there, like disintegration or explosions.

Huh? So going to school gives them properly trained? And the licenses must be in order for people to keep track of their abilities?

[Tsuna is figuring that's the case, if they had some dangerous powers. Although Tsuna is still wary about having such dangerous people with such powerful abilities out in public.]

Right. The licenses mean the government's properly realized a hero-in-training as a hero who can act and work in public.

I see, so that's meant to protect people and even the heroes themselves. Are you in one of those classes?

Yeah. I'm in the first year of the hero course.
