[Natsuru had done her best to find the other Hibiki, honest! But it really doesn't seem to be working out. Her new friend had decided this made perfect sense, though. Someone that incredible must be really super busy even if they did find the right temple. In the meantime, wasn't there something about a party? Maybe this isn't the right time, since it's just the two of them, but Natsuru is still kind of excited about this...]

So how do we trade friend tickets again? Can you show me?

[Even if it's pretend, there has to be a way!]

Sure. Here, take this.

[ Hibiki takes two strips of paper and carefully draws a line to divide the top and bottom of the "ticket". She slides her teacup out of the way on the crowded table (they have so many desserts. so many desserts) to give herself room to draw with all these pens and markers. ]

Write your name on both parts. Then decorate it with all the things you like!

Usually there are dresses, too.

[Natsuru takes the instruction very seriously at first, very carefully and neatly writing her name on both the top and bottom part of her paper.]

You mean idol dresses?!

[This is an idol thing, after all. That would make sense!

Once her name is done, Natsuru starts off the decoration with little doodles of some of her favorite desserts. It's the table's fault... she'll move on to cute animals soon enough. And maybe a doodle of a little princely person that may or may not be recognizable... and a cute witch or magical girl too. Both of those would be drawn in purple marker, of course.]

Mm! Dresses are an idol's life!

[ She heard that somewhere. Wouldn't it be cool if PriTickets could, like, talk, and you could hang out with them, they'd probably make the best friends because they are full of all the best things.

Hibiki has drawn a dress, too, but rather than specific pictures, she seems mostly to be doodling....flourishes. Stars and hearts and rather poorly-formed flowers. But she seems very happy with the result as it develops. And with Natsuru's, as she observes. ]

....Yours is really pretty.

[That's right! Or it sounds right to her, and she decides to make sure she includes a dress too. One with lots of bows and frills...

She's not the best artist, but the shapes are at least recognizable for what they're meant to be. More or less. Soon, she's blushing as the young Hibiki compliments her nearly-completed ticket.]

Ah... thanks. I like yours too.

[She thinks Hibiki's is even prettier than hers, actually. Maybe she should have drawn a few more hearts and stars, or made her name fancier?]

When you're ready, snapping happens.

You rip across this line. [ She points to where to tear on her own ticket. ] Then comes the swap!

[ And that's the really, really exciting part! ]

[Oh, so that's the reason for the line! Natsuru looks so excited as she nods.]

Okay!

[And with that, she tears her ticket just a bit too enthusiastically. Somehow, she at least manages not to rip into either of the halves she was supposed to end up with. ... Well, not too much.]

Like this?

[She almost holds out one of the halves to Hibiki. Then remembers she doesn't know which part was to trade and which part was to keep...]

Great!

[ Hibiki has torn hers very deliberately and in an impossibly perfectly straight line. Because Hibiki. ] Here you go.

[ She's offering Natsuru the top of her ticket, where "Hibiki" has been written in messy hiragana next to some of her little decorations. ]

[Aaaah, she's so happy about this! She excitedly holds out a part of her own ticket (the top, by a lucky coincidence) in exchange while she accepts Hibiki's.]

So now we're friends! Right?

Right!

[ Wow, a Friend Ticket from Natsuru....Hibiki will treasure this little piece of paper! ]

Let's become even better, better, better, better friends in the future, too, okay?

[It's the same for Natsuru... she clutches the little piece of paper with Hibiki's name on it as if it were the most precious thing in the world.]

Yeah!

I bet there's lots of things we can do together, and become even better friends~!

[ That sounds so good. In fact, Hibiki's face lights up. ]

There is one!

[ She doesn't know how she knows this stuff she suddenly knows she knows, but she's not going to worry about that. It's all fine. ]

Ah! Really?!

[The blue-haired girl clasps her hands together and looks so excited about this. More friendshipping with a girl like Hibiki is always a good thing! (Yes, 'friendship' is totally a verb.)]

What do we do this time?

You're a [ what was the word ] shinki, right? So that's a match.

[ Since she's a god. ]

You can get a special friendship name!

[A small gasp as Natsuru realizes what she means.]

You're right!

Would that be okay?

[She seems to remember something about someone not thinking it was a good idea to be given a name by different gods. But Hibiki's her friend! And she wants to be even better, better friends! So she's starting to hope it's something Hibiki really wants to do!]

Sure.

[ She is completely confident in the soundness of this plan. ]

After all, Natsuru is such, such, such an important friend!

[Ah!]

Hibiki-san is too! Definitely!

[She's so excited, and even giggles happily again. A name from the small Hibiki would be incredible!]

Then, this'll happen.

[ Hibiki takes a deep breath and begins. ]

My name is Hibiki. Grasping your true name, I bind you here. With borrowed name, I dub you my servant.

[ That part is weird. It should be "friend". Oh well. ]

The name answers, the vessel to sound. I call you as my divine instrument.

[ She points at Natsuru. ]

The name, Natsuru. The vessel, Ami.

[ Prince time. Prince in the play time. Hibiki throws her little shoulders back and intones with all her regal might. This is fun! ]

COME, AMIKI!

[Weird indeed, but Natsuru doesn't think it's too strange. Maria had been less... theatrical, but Hibiki's clearly just having fun with this! Except it's not really a game, but Natsuru's not thinking about how serious this really is either.

Natsuru watches, awed by Hibiki's confidence and how cool she looks. If she weren't so wrapped up in it, she might realize it sure has a familiar feeling about it. Her hands are clasped together, eyes wide in wonder as she's given her new name.]

Ami... that's so cute!!!

[She doesn't speak FPrench, so it sounds like it means something else to her. But still! She likes it!

And then, it happens. Hibiki calls upon her, and she feels that familiar aura of magical energy as her body seems to lose itself into a shower of blue and purple sparkles. The sparkles swirl around Hibiki, rising to her head and forming a circle that coalesces into... a fancy, sparkly tiara. It's something more suited to a princess than a prince, but it looks somewhat less ridiculous on small Hibiki than it would on big Hibiki. There's a sense of a giggle from the tiara, and Natsuru's voice sounds in Hibiki's head.]

I think I'm on top of your head now, Hibiki-san!

[It's not at all like when Maria wears her. She actually finds this kind of amusing... since she already knew she'd be transformed into some kind of vessel form and all.]

[ This was the most amazingly fun thing ever even before Natsuru landed on top of Hibiki's head. Once she does, however, Hibiki lets out a surprised, happy gasp, and runs to try and find a mirror. ] Let's see what you look like!!

[ Here is a mirror, down this hall deep in the castle. It's right across from the bedroom where she woke up. And it's nice and big, so even a smol girl can see her reflection in it, and -

Whooooa.

Hibiki smiles so hard it feels like her cheeks will burst. She reaches up to touch the tiara, as if she can barely believe it's really there - which is a silly feeling, really, since nothing and nobody would ever trick Hibiki. ] You're so pretty!!! Natsuru, can you see?

[Ah-! Smolbiki said she's pretty?!!! So enthusiastically, too! The tiara has a faint pink glow about it now, especially when Hibiki's fingers lightly caress her to confirm she's really there.]

Y-Yeah, I can! Wow...

[She's stunned at how elegant her tiara form is. But of course it would be, because her new friend is a very elegant-looking type.]

I think... I look this way because it suits you, Hibiki-san.

Hehe.

[ Hibiki just grins, ear to ear, at the compliment. Pretty things suit her? That is a nice thing to think!

She spins around in front of the mirror to better look at her new tiara, which gives her an Idea. ] Hey! This is where the big, cool Hibiki lives, right?

[Being in vessel form, Natsuru can perceive quite a lot of the room. She'd just been so focused on ~friendship~ and her pretty new tiara form that she hadn't noticed before.]

Yeah! I think it is!

[Ah, even the room is so cool! Hibiki-sama sure is amazing.]

[ Perfect. Hibiki flashes herself a grin in the mirror. ] Then there's something fun to do.

[ She just has to find it! And she thinks she remembers seeing where it was...

Off she heads down the hall. ]

Whoa-!

[Natsuru (mentally) giggles, her tiara form apparently glittering in the light while Hibiki zooms off down the hall. Even while being a tiara, she's having fun with her friend!]
