[Open] Let's just live
Who: Hitsugaya and YOU
What: Red lilies, soccer, training, and shenanigans.
When: August 11-18
Where: Both shores and wherever else
Warnings: None at the moment
[A. The Red Lilies Speak]
[There are red lilies that seem to have appeared near the canals, plenty of them to catch Toushirou’s attention from where he was busy soaring through the skies. It eventually stands out to him enough that he drops down beside them.
Anyone walking nearby might cross paths with him as he inspects the lilies, but it’s also not hard to miss the way his expression changes to one of discomfort as if he’s hearing something no one can’t.
It seems to be enough to have him look somewhat troubled, if not pained.
However, the expression turns blank when he hears someone approaching and looks over at them.]
[B. Chase the Stars]
[Surprise, surprise.
Anyone who happens to explore the Near Shore today may be surprised to find a certain god playing soccer with a group of young teenagers (or kids). It’s a good day for sports, after all, and even Toushirou will admit that.
Feel free to watch or join in somehow.
Because when the game ends (more will come), Toushirou will walk off a bit to the side and give any watchers a look.]
…What?
[C. A Dream of A Dream, Evenings]
[It’s night, probably around the time where people might be sleeping, but Toushirou definitely isn’t.
Instead, if anyone happens to look up at the sky, there’s an ice dragon that appears, glistening in the moonlight. However, blink and it’s gone, pieces of ice falling from the air and downwards.
Standing below where the dragon appeared is Toushirou, whose eyes were fixated above him before he holds out his sword to the side, the blade beginning to emit faint wisps of cold air.]
[D. Practicing Some Magic - Closed to Tsuzuki]
You want to practice magic.
[His tone seems to hold some sort of something there, but he doesn’t look much reluctant as he looks at the shinki.]
On what exactly?
[E. Sneaky Nights - Closed to Botan]
[If there’s one thing that’s initially hard to do with Toushirou, it’s sneaking into somewhere he would currently call a home. So, upon sensing a familiar spiritual energy in his temple, Toushirou follows it and sighs softly when he notices Botan.
He crosses his arms, a hint of a frown on his face.]
You could at least check in with me first.
[F. A Game of Tag - Closed to Goten]
[It was a game of tag.
Toushirou, for once, suggested such a thing to Goten after the young shinki but with a few rules: they have to hide their energy from each other and are allowed to use their own powers.
It was more of a game of hide and seek, really, since the chosen location for the game was the forest at the base of Toushirou’s temple. Regardless, he does keep his own end as he keeps his senses out for the shinki.]
Come on, Goten. Don’t lose this early in the game.

Prayer #52; Closed to Goten
I wish I was able to fly in the sky, too, but it’s terrifying.
I don’t know what to do anymore.
It was a simple enough prayer, one that eerily reminded him of the prayer he had answered on Forseti’s behalf to help stop the ayakashi that forced that young man into an accident. However, for one to reach Toushirou in that regard, it struck his curiosity enough to answer it.
Really, Toushirou could have easily taken Yosuke with him to answer the prayer; his shinki needed more experience in the field, but there is one other person he knew he could depend on and would be eager for something like this.
It’s for that reason that he sets out to find Goten himself this time, mindful not to intrude too much on Forseti’s ground and releasing his reiatsu enough for the other shinki to sense him.]

Landing just in front of Hitsugaya, he grins up at him almost proudly because;]
I knew I felt you nearby!
no subject
[Have a slight smile.
He'll refrain from doing anything to burst his bubble.]
Are you busy?
no subject
Not-uh. Sukomi was playing with me but she had other stuff to do. I guess you got really good timing too, huh?
[He's been enjoying the new toy he got from Yona way too much. But he's never too busy for Hitsugaya anyway.]
no subject
[He really doesn't want to know what kind of playing Goten was doing with the other shinki. Goten is mischievous enough.]
Want to come with me then? I figured I could use your help answering a prayer.
no subject
[Eager as ever. Most the time prayers are a lot of fun. He hasn't come across a boring prayer yet so naturally Goten is completely up for it. Besides, he likes being able to help Hitsugaya.]
What do we have to do for it?
no subject
Someone's afraid of heights and they sent in a prayer because they want to conquer it. It might be similar to the one prayer you asked me to do with you.
no subject
[Except this one is to Hitsugaya and not Aymeric....unless he's somehow getting Aymeric's prayers.]
Maybe it's another ayakashi making people wanna do bad stuff or making them sad.
no subject
[Slight head tilt.]
Let's get going.
no subject
Lead the way! I'm with you, Hitsu!

But a nod and thanks to their flying skills, it's not long before they arrive at what appears to be a large apartment building. On the balcony of one of the apartments, there's a young woman who seems scared out of her wits, hands clutching the rails tightly.
"Come on, Aya! Just take a look at the view!" Another voice shouts out, most likely talking to the woman, and Toushirou can see another young woman walk out. "You don't get a view like this all the time."
The one called Aya shakes her head furiously, eyes clenched shut. "You know I'm afraid of heights! Why did you make me come live all the way up here?"
"Didn't you have a dream of flying, though? It's good practice."
"I don't care! I'm not looking! I hate heights!"
Toushirou crosses his arms, almost sighing at the situation. The woman, Aya, does seem afraid, but he frowns a bit as he looks around the building.]
no subject
[He blinks a bit, not understanding the fear himself. His eyes shift back to Hitsugaya curiously]
If one of us pick her up and fly with her, do you think that'd get her over her fear?
no subject
[There's something here; he can practically sense it.]
It's not unusual for people to be afraid of heights, but she seems to show symptoms of a panic attack if she even thinks about high up she is.
no subject
[He frowns a little at that.]
I donno if talking to her will help then. I don't get how anyone could be that scared of flying.
[Regardless, Goten floats over to the baloney, landing on it and looking around. Something does feel off but he can't put his finger on it.]
no subject
[Toushirou follows after Goten, only stopping when he notices what seems to be wisps of darkness coming from the woman.]
no subject
I think you're right---Ah! I have an idea! Hold on, i think I still...
[He perks, patting the pants of his gi before pulling out a small plastic water gun. He holds it up just enough for Hitsugaya to see.]
This!
no subject
[And why do you have it?]
no subject
[He looks way to pleased with it. After all, it's what he was playing with Sokumi earlier and explained why his clothes were damp]
Aymeric's place mostly has holy water and I know ayakashi don't like it.
[He twirls the gun but has to flail a bit to keep from dropping it. Okay, maybe he's not that cool yet, but he's getting there]
If we shoot her with it, maybe it'll bring out whatever is wrong with her.
[He holds it out to Hitsugaya. Try it!]
no subject
[He shakes his head.]
It's fine, Goten. You can shoot her with it.
[Really, he just doesn't do water guns.]
no subject
But Goten doesn't argue, instead he just grins and takes a couple steps closer before aiming the water gun and pulling the trigger. The stream of water sprays the woman, soaking her clothes.]
no subject
But the woman squeals when she's been shot at, and Toushirou can see more of the dark miasma appear.
"I told you that we shouldn't be living up here! We get soaked!"
Ignoring the woman's whines, his eyes trail to where the miasma is going, tendrils of it slowly curling upwards into the sky where he can hear a faint cackle coming from something.]
no subject
Maybe that's just a sign it worked? Clearly its something ayakashi related--shame he's out of water now]
no subject
Give me more.
I want more fear.
Give me moooore.
[Toushirou glances back at the woman when he hears her sobbing softly before he looks back at Goten.]
Is there any more holy water in that thing?
no subject
Not-uh, that was the last of it.
[The voice makes him uneasy. A water-gun isn't exactly protection, his energy rises a bit. Besides that, he feels bad for the woman.]
We need to get that stuff away from her.
no subject
[This is....going to be a pain, isn't it?]
Give me more of that fear.
More.....more....
MORE.
[Toushirou's eyes flickers upwards when he hears something laughing, bordering on hysterical. The miasma seems to thicken.]
Form a borderline for the woman.
