Summary: Someone lost a precious treasure and these two are going to try and find it.

[So this was what it was like to answer a prayer. It wasn't like fighting a demon but it was a bit more low key. Low key but important all the same.

Now it was getting his partner and teleporting to the Near Shore where the request came in.]

[And this is Byung-hee, a rather lost high school delinquent dressed in his version of normal clothing, which shouts everything but 'trustworthy normal citizen'. It doesn't help that he was repairing his eyeliner right about now, using the camera function on his phone as a mirror.]

Oh yeah, that's right. We're gonna do this thing.

[He finishes and then slides the phone off to give the place a look.] What're doing here?

[Ok, he knows you got a thing about eyeliner but it looked fine before they came. But that was his opinion only and not because it's a bad thing. He's practiced when Byunghee wasn't looking and it probably showed a couple of times.]

We received a request to find a lost item and this town is the location of the one who requested for us. Tis not like slaying demons but it is a duty nonetheless.

[Don't question his need for his eyeliner always looking perfect. He doesn't because it feels right and if Byung-hee was going to stop doing things that felt right, he was going to go curl up on a table and pretend he doesn't exist for a day.

Maybe even two days.

Putting everything away, he brushed his sleeves off, rolled his huge ring back into place and grinned.]

YUSH! Let's find the thing!

...What thing are we looking for?

[If it's on the table, he's getting taken to bed again. More out of habit now since Aymeric does actually give a damn about the kid.]

From what we received, it is a small trinket called a 'keychain' in shape of a bipedal cat dressed in red jewels and diamonds. They say it also has a red bow and it carries an instrument; like the one you were playing when we first met.

[It's tiny but it...should be easy right?]

The last known place was the park about a few ilms from here. That should be where we start our search.

Really? That sounds kinda familiar.

[He looked up at the sky as he tapped his chin in thought. Byung-hee had been spending a lot of time consuming media in all forms especially anything to do with music, so it was no surprising that he might have seen something of the like somewhere he just didn't have things memorized properly yet. Though considering that he had a ring with the head of said cat mascot on his finger, one would think that he would try to remember it better.]

Do we know where exactly they last seen it or do we just go dumpster diving and hope to get lucky?

[To be fair, Aymeric is still kind of clueless about mascots in Japan and no one mentioned that it's supposed to be Hello Kitty. And question why that name but we'll be here forever so MOVING ON]

This 'dumpster diving' does not sound appealing if I have to be honest.

[Hey, there was something they can try but it's more like a test. He puts a finger to his chin and ponders.]

We never did learn what your power is. Mayhap this is a good time to try it out.

[He might be a shinki but Aymeric will ask first before doing anything; he's still a person after all.]

It's just going into a dumpster and digging around. Nothing wrong with that.

[He might not remembering anything, but he does have a basic idea that when you're poor, you check out what other people throw away. Sometimes people throw things away that you can use like good bricks or a couch with maybe a torn cushion.]

My power? [He squints and then waves his hands around.] I thought I already had one, to like, dunno, punch things?
