What: A huge meetup because people need to see faces that go with names
Where: Artemis' and Baldr's temples respectively
When: May 21st - 22nd (Basically show up whenever and leave whenever)

[Those invited will have most likely gotten a text or other way of communication to let them know there was something going on at this time and date. There is no set time per say, so it's an open invitation to show up even before sunrise if you feel crazy enough to deal with the wildlife in Artemis' place.

The party can be spent between the two places that are somehow linked by a trail. Either side will have amenities/foods/entertainment suitable for a meetup (though if you want tea/coffee, stick to the side that isn't Baldr's place).

There will be a sign on Artemis' side that warns of getting near the bear or deer since they are skittish around too many people, so one side of Artemis' temple will be sealed off to visitors unless you ask very nicely to see the deer. There will also be a sign that reads "NO SWIMMING IN THE LAKE". At least there's a nice fire in the fire pit on the patio, and those who stay the night at this temple will... see a bunch of glow in the dark stars on the ceiling.

Baldr's side... pretty much do whatever you want within godly legal limits? If you want to swim, go to that side. If you want to sleep under the stars, go to that side. If you want to be around wildlife that can't possibly gore you to death or maul you (unless it's your unlucky day and the bear decides to hang at the beach), go to that side.]

OH! Senri! Roxas mentioned you!

[Her face lights up. Now him being quiet makes sense. At least, Roxas had told her that that's what he was like.]

Hi there! I'm a new shinki for Roxas.

[Oh! Senri's face lights up in turn. She belongs to Roxas too! That means they have something in common. It also means she's trustworthy and a good person.

Which means he definitely needs to remember her. He immediately starts looking her over for something suitable to add to his book. Anything from a ribbon to a charm to a leaf caught on her clothing would suffice.]

{OOC: In order to remember people, Senri needs a small physical reminder. Is it okay if he takes something from her? ~~I'm sorry he's so weird.~~ }

Oh... Sorry, did you lose something, Senri...?

[But in Senri's quest, he may first notice the bangles on her wrists. Unfortunately none of them have a charm on them, so they wouldn't easily fit in a book. However, her shinki name character is very visible on her ankle since she wears sandals. On the same ankle as her name is a new bangle that she bought while out with Yukine. That one has a starfish on it.]

[He pauses in his search to shake his head. No, he hasn't lost anything. Actually, this is to prevent him from losing something.

Oh, the little starfish does catch his eye. He kneels down for a better view. Yes. That would fit right in his book. Satisfied, he reaches for the charm.

Bears are not known for their social graces.]

Senri, what are you...?

[She stands perfectly still, remembering that she's wearing skorts and so there's no chance of him actually succeeding at looking up her skirt--

Okay, his head stays down, that's not what he's after. She watches him looking at her ankles and assumes he's looking at her new name.]

It's 'Gouki' if that's what you're looking at.

[He really is so quiet, Roxas was right.]

[Gouki? He wasn't looking for that, but that's very nice to know. Instead he points at the small starfish charm. That's what he was looking at. And then he reaches for it. Senri clearly sees absolutely no problem with simply detaching the charm and taking it. It'll represent Kairi perfectly.

If she doesn't stop him, the next step is getting out the book.]

Oh, would you like to see...

[She starts to reach down to take it off but- he gets there first.]

It...?

[She watches him take the charm off her ankle - kinda rude, she notes, not letting her do it herself - but she's still waiting to see what he's up to. Then he pulls out a book and she's pretty sure by now he has a reason for taking it from her. She just can't fathom what it is.]

Uhm, Senri? Can I ask what your book is for?

[The book is opened and the charm tucked inside. Success! Now he won't forget about her. She may notice other odds and ends tucked into various pages.

Her question is curious one. Of course she can ask about the book. Why would he stop her? He nods.

It's only a moment later that he realizes that she probably was asking about the book. And maybe wants an answer.]

Memory.

[The book is his memory. Simple as that.]

[It seems polite to ask about something so clearly personal.

She takes in the book more seriously for a moment now that he's said 'Memory' as she tries to consider what he means. If he took something of hers and placed it in the book... well, it's like a scrapbook then. She doesn't appreciate just how literal he's being yet, but she smiles anyway.]

Well, if it's for you to remember me by, then I'm happy for you to have that charm, Senri.

[She puts a hand on his wrist.]

Can I give you a hug? That's how I like to remember people.

[Ah, he's glad she approves. Sometimes people react strangely to his attempts to remember them. Senri might have patted her on the head affectionately, but is stopped by her hand on his wrist.

Her request is... unexpected. But not unwelcome. After a moment of surprised blinking, he nods. He actually doesn't get a lot of hugs.]

[She leans in and wraps her arms closer to his waist than anywhere else, but her head does lean against his chest too. It's a gentle kind of hug. She has no idea if this is his first one or not, but she's acting like it is.]

There, now we're really friends, Senri.

[It's certainly the first one he remembers having. And it's warm and nice and Senri can see why people like these so much. He very gently rests both of his hands on her back, returning the hug. And... she said they were friends too. He doesn't have many of those either. Today has been a good day.]

[Well alright, since he's put his arms up too, she squeezes the hug tighter.]

Thank you.

[Because she's grateful to be friends with anyone living so near each other. It's important to not just be neighbors.

But after a bit, she backs up. Then, she looks more specifically at his eyepatch.]

I'm sorry you got hurt.

[It seems an easy assumption to make, to her, that he got hurt in a fight. She just doesn't know if it's recent or not.]

[It takes him a moment to figure out what she means. The eye patch has always been with him. He doesn't even think of it as an injury anymore. It's just part of him. He needs it. Not that he remembers why exactly. Just that it can never come off.

When he does finally realize what she means Senri raises one hand to gently brush his fingers across the patch. Then he shakes his head.]

It's fine...

[It is, because the patch is a good thing. It... protects something important.]

[She doesn't think it's fine, but she can also recognize that it's not something he wants to - or can? - talk about.]

Alright. I guess, as long as it doesn't hurt...

[She touches his hand that touched his patch.]

I don't like seeing my friends hurt, but more importantly I like seeing them get better.

[It doesn't hurt. But it's sweet of her to worry about him. He was right. Kairi is a good person. Senri raises his other hand to gently pat her on the head. He's lucky he made such a kind friend.

He'll have to do something nice for her sometime. Maybe make her something.]
