[ Guan Yu, God of War. And apparently also collector of all things war. The layout of his temple includes a number of different galleries filled with just about any thing that mankind has developed in order to kill each other. Each exhibit is sorted by a different time period, ranging from the chariots and bows of ancient Egypt to the missile-launching drones of the modern era. Yamato herself favors the gallery dedicated to the 20th century, as it feels most familiar to her.
As they walk, she explains to Urashima a few of the different rooms, and eventually proceeds to lead him to one of the shooting ranges on the campus. Set up on the side of the mountain, it is an open room with wood flooring, overlooking the range and valley. An arsenal of weapons to choose from to use is displayed along the back wall. Oh the edge of the open room, however, he may also note the large cannons and turrets mounted. Their targets are on the opposite side of the valley.
But nope, no playing with the big guns for him. Yet. Yamato leads Urashima to a few of the rifles. ] Let us start with the simpler of rifles.
[ She takes down an Arisaka Type 38. ] Light and reliable, this one is user-friendly-- and good with which to begin practice.
[ She's... going to first make sure it's unloaded before handing it to him so he may test its weight. ]

Yamato takes down another rifle. ] The most important part to handling a gun, like any other weapon, is safety. To prioritize the--
[ AND BLAH BLAH BLAH, Yamato continues on with talking about safety and demonstrating the proper ways to handle a rifle. She covers safety features, how to hold the gun itself when disengaged and when engaging, and names the parts of the gun for him. After that, she'll lead him to the range proper, demonstrating how to prepare the gun for discharge, making him go through the proper steps himself for practice.
At last they are now prepared to actually shoot a target. ] ....Are you ready?
